  • We’re thrilled to work with the only planting of Tocai here in the Finger Lakes. From the cool and rainy 2023 season, it takes a turn toward the herbaceous and savory side of the variety: cut grass, pine, and Mirabelle plum. But still lush and textured as always.

  • Hand harvested, fully destemmed and fermented on the skins for three weeks. Aged in 60% stainless steel and 40% neutral barrel. Sulfured after malolactic and at bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
