Tocai Friulano is one of our favorite varieties in the world. We’re thrilled to work with the only planting of it here in the Finger Lakes. Pineapple skin, juniper, and musk melon nose, with a lush yet energetic texture.

Hand harvested, roughly 80% destemmed and fermented on the skins for three weeks, the remaining 20% direct-pressed to neutral barrel. Skin contact portion aged in stainless steel, direct-press in barrel. Sulfured after malolactic and at bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
