Our first release from our home vineyard on the west side of Cayuga Lake. 100% Cabernet Franc that's brooding, sanguine, and built to last.

Hand harvested on October 12th. Fully destemmed, with a gentle 3–week maceration. Aged in neutral barrique for nine months, with sulfur added after malo and at bottling. Unfined & unfiltered.
