A darker, smokier, and more pepper-laden expression of Blau this year. Aromatics of black cherry, tea leaf, and white pepper in a vibrant and low-alcohol package.

Hand harvested, 2/3 whole cluster. Gentle extraction during the 17-day maceration. Aged in neutral barrique and cask, with sulfur added after malolactic fermentation and before bottling. Unfined and unfiltered.
