Riesling 2022

Totally dry, deeply textured. Dried herbs and orchard fruit. Full bore and fleshy thanks to the warm, dry vintage.

Grapes farmed biodynamically at Standing Stone Farms on the southeast side of Seneca Lake. Hand harvested on October 2, whole cluster pressed and spontaneously fermented entirely in stainless steel. The fermentation lasted ten months and went through full malolactic. Sulfured after fermentation and just before bottling. Residual sugar 1.2 g/L.
